Summary These Lead Medical Support Assistant (MSA) position is located at the Milo C. Huempfner NEWAC, located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Lead MSA monitors and makes work assignments, provides input on performance, resolves daily workplace issues and maintains efficient workflow. As the Lead MSA, the position assures MSA's assigned to the Primary Care Clinics are trained and guided in order to meet the administrative needs of the veteran patient. Responsibilities Duties: Monitors and makes work assignments. Conducts ongoing reviews to ensure quality of work. Assuring coverage of all areas of responsibility. Ensures accurate and timely scheduling of appointments. Provides guidance to staff members to include changes in policies and procedures. Organizes the work structure of assigned areas.
