The Lead Medical Provider serves as the senior clinical leader for psychiatric and addiction medicine services, providing high-quality direct patient care while advancing clinical excellence, safety, and program development across the organization.
This role functions as the clinical authority for psychiatric and medication-assisted treatment (MOUD) services, offering consultation, supervision, and oversight of prescribing practices while fostering interdisciplinary collaboration across behavioral health, nursing, case management, and crisis services.
The role includes up to eight (8) hours per week of protected time for supervision, consultation, quality oversight, and staff development. Clinical productivity expectations apply to remaining scheduled clinical hours and are adjusted based on staffing and program needs.
