Lead Mechanical Engineer - Static We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer specializing in static equipment to oversee all static equipment engineering activities on a large gas processing facility project. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the technical integrity of all static equipment design, procurement, and engineering reviews.
Job Responsibilities - Lead the engineering and review of static equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, tanks, and fired heaters
- Develop and review equipment datasheets, specifications, and requisitions
- Perform and review pressure vessel and heat exchanger design calculations in accordance with ASME, PD 5500, or equivalent
- Evaluate vendor technical proposals and conduct technical bid evaluations (TBE)
