Design and development of Maybell products from the ground up
Ideate system and sub‑system concepts and perform trade‑off analysis to determine the best solutions.
Translate high level customer needs into product and technical requirements and use them to drive design decisions.
Create complex mechanical designs, drawings and documentation for parts and assemblies following DFX principles to develop the most efficient and high‑quality products.
Maintain ownership over sub‑system development and sustaining activities including project and resource planning, gathering of documentation and requirements, and execution of ECOs.
Work closely with manufacturing and operations to ensure a smooth transition from concept to a fully scalable high‑quality product.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in an engineering field, or equivalent experience
