Lake Bluff Inn & Suites is seeking a reliable, hardworking Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential in keeping our property clean, safe, and running smoothly for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and basic repairs
• Conduct routine inspections of rooms, common areas, and exterior grounds
• Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and general property upkeep
• Handle trash removal and daily grounds monitoring (including debris and pet waste)
• Help with event setup and breakdown (tables, chairs, tents, outdoor spaces, etc.)
