Summary

This position is required
to manage the administration of MRANTI’s land including land use
planning, statutory requirements, support development projects and
planned activities accordance to masterplan and Third-Party
development. This role oversees planning studies, zoning,
coordination with regulatory agencies, and collaboration with
multidisciplinary teams to ensure land development aligns with
local and statutory
requirements.  

Key
Responsibilities

• Coordinate
  with the Design Team, sub-lessees, and internal departments on
  third-party requirements prior to the preparation of Sub-Lease
  Agreements, ensuring all compliance requirements are incorporated
  into tender documentation.
• Conduct feasibility
  studies, budgeting exercises, land use planning, and zoning
  assessments for development projects.
