The Team: S&P Global Enterprise Data Organization is a creative team of experts collaborating across divisions and driving continuous improvements in platform innovation and usability.

The Impact: The candidate will support and expand our cloud infrastructure, monitoring and alerting frameworks, onboarding and migration projects, and collaborate with the wider DevOps, QA, and development teams. We seek someone with proven cloud experience, development and operational skills, who can deliver secure and structured automated solutions to our operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software development teams to improve application reliability, performance, security, and scalability.
• Provide BAU production support and resolve issues identified by monitoring or reported by users before causing business impact.
