6–8 years of experience in analytics, analytics engineering, or data science roles with measurable business impact; at least 2 years operating at a senior or lead level
Advanced SQL skills and experience with modern analytics stacks (dbt, Databricks/Snowflake, Looker, Tableau, or Thoughtspot)
Experience designing and interpreting A/B or multivariate tests, including statistical power and significance frameworks
Proficiency in Python or R for analysis and experimentation workflows
Ability to model business impact, quantify opportunities, and prioritize by expected ROI
Strong experience building scalable, self-serve analytics tools (dashboards, reusable notebooks, or metric layers)
Exceptional communication and storytelling – able to translate complex data into executive-ready insights and influence decision-making
