With a growing presence in both off-plan and secondary markets were now expanding our team to build stronger pipelines and generate quality leads through direct outreach. We are looking for a driven and confident Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. This person will be the first point of contact with potential clientssparking interest generating qualified leads and booking appointments for our agents.

Tasks

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective buyers sellers and renters daily
• Qualify and screen leads to ensure quality and intent
• Log interactions and update CRM with lead information
• Book appointments or follow-ups for our real estate agents
• Work closely with the sales team to align strategy and messaging
