Lead Generation & Cold Email Outreach Specialist
We’re looking for a hands‑on Lead Generation Specialist who can own our cold email outreach end‑to‑end. This is an execution role, not a strategy‑only role. You’ll work directly with the founders and help us consistently generate qualified leads for our software services and staff augmentation offerings.
What You’ll Do
Build targeted lead lists (LinkedIn, Apollo, Skrapp, Sales Navigator, etc.)
Clean and verify emails to maintain high deliverability
Set up and manage cold email tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist or similar)
Warm up inboxes and monitor spam health
Launch, monitor, and optimize cold email campaigns
Personalize first lines at scale (manual + AI‑assisted)
Track replies, book meetings, and update CRM / sheets
Continuously improve open rates, reply rates, and conversions
