Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers using an auto‑dialer while following approved scripts and call procedures.
- Identify and assess potential leads based on established qualification criteria to determine their readiness for sales engagement.
- Professionally transfer qualified prospects to the client’s sales team through live call handoffs.
- Arrange appointments for qualified prospects, usually for the next business day, ensuring all contact information and availability details are accurate.
- Communicate with prospects to explain the process and assist them in submitting processing statements for a free, no‑obligation rate analysis.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, outcomes, live transfers, and scheduled appointments using tracking tools and spreadsheets.
