This individual delivers a best-in-class member experience while supporting the Head Coach and Studio Manager in maintaining operational standards and driving studio performance. We Offer:

Compensation: Listed pay of $35 to $65 per session includes base pay + bonuses for certified personal trainers. 

Cash Incentives: Customer referrals, employee referrals and regular performance reviews with potential pay increases.

Direct Career Track: Six-month track to become a Head Fitness Coach with pay increase.
