You will work with the Controls Engineering and Validation teams , collaborating with system engineers, software developers, lab teams, and global stakeholders. This role also interfaces with external partners and cross‑functional teams involved in design, testing, and deployment.
As a Senior Software Engineer focused on IV&V (Integration, Verification & Validation), you will ensure the reliability and quality of locomotive control software prior to deployment. You will lead the development and execution of test strategies across multiple platforms, including HITL, MITL, and real locomotive environments. This role is critical in validating system performance, identifying defects, and supporting continuous improvement of testing methodologies, contributing directly to safe and robust product delivery.
