Job Description:  
Lead and develop a cohesive electrical design team to drive performance and collaboration 
Provide technical leadership and guidance on electrical design, wiring systems, and controller integration 
Engage with customers to understand requirements and align engineering deliverables accordingly 
Plan, allocate, and optimise design resources based on project priorities 
Manage project timelines, ensuring key milestones are achieved and deviations are addressed 
Lead internal and external design reviews to ensure technical accuracy and compliance 
Ensure designs meet required specifications, standards, and quality expectations 
Execute and oversee CAD design activities, including 3D modelling and 2D drawings
