Team Development - Support M&E Manager to plan internal training for the Electrical Engineers
- Train for pre-sales engagement and ensure knowledge transfer of design methodology, cost modelling, etc. to employees.
- Plan and arrange regular courses and seminars for the team.
Knowledge Sharing - Organize regular inter team briefings and knowledge sharing sessions.
