We’re looking for an experienced Lead DevSecOps Engineer with strong Copado and Salesforce deployment expertise to lead a key Salesforce–Copado integration project . This is a hands-on, project-based role with significant influence on delivery timelines.

Base pay range

Salary: Up to £107,500 + 12.5% bonus (up to 25%) + £4,000 travel allowance + full benefits

Location

Location: Heathrow (3 days per week in office) | Flexible working within 40-hour week

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of scalable, secure DevSecOps solutions in an agile environment
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Copado and Azure DevOps
• Integrate security tools (SAST, SCA) into CI/CD processes
