Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design process from inception through delivery.
• Coordinate between Design, Commercial, Procurement, Operations, and external consultants.
• Develop innovative technical solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Chair design meetings and lead quality assurance reviews.
• Mentor and support design team members to drive excellence.
• Support procurement activities through strong commercial awareness.
