About the Role

As a Lead Data Scientist, you will drive the development of GoPay’s personalization and recommendation systems to deliver relevant offers, merchants, and experiences. You will define the technical direction for recommendation models, work closely with Product and Engineering to deploy scalable ML pipelines, and lead experimentation to measure business impact. Leveraging large-scale behavioural and transactional data, you will continuously improve models in production, mentor data scientists, and align personalization efforts with GoTo’s broader roadmap.
