Integration and data fundamentals including core platform integration, application programming interfaces (APIs), customer and transaction data flows, migration, and reconciliation.
Reporting and analytics capability including operational reporting, data extracts, performance metrics, and KPI-driven insights supporting customer, claims, and policy outcomes.
Testing and delivery disciplines including requirements traceability, test scripting, defect management, cutover readiness, release coordination, and operational handover.
