Penspen is urgently looking for Lead Construction Engineer (Offshore) for one of our prestigious PMC projects in UAE.
Qualification Required - The candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
Responsibilities - Lead and manage offshore construction teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Oversee the installation, hookup, and commissioning of offshore facilities such as platforms, pipelines, and subsea structures.
- Ensure all construction activities align with project schedules, budgets, and technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance to resolve construction-related challenges and ensure engineering standards are met.
- Review and approve construction drawings, procedures, and method statements.
- Deliver FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) constructability reviews and reports for offshore scopes.
