We are looking for a Lead CG Generalist who can step in immediately and drive both the creative and technical excellence of client projects. This is an artist led role with a strong focus on Unreal Engine, pipeline optimization, and scalable content production.
You will combine a sharp creative eye with a future-facing, process driven mindset. Beyond delivering high-quality visuals, you will play a pivotal role in designing smarter workflows, mentoring internal artists, and managing third party suppliers. Your ability to balance artistry with operational efficiency will ensure that they deliver content to scale, on time, and to the highest standard.
