Summary This position is located in the Fiscal Office. The incumbent performs a specified portion or portions of the full range of budget analysis assignments The incumbent also leads a team of budget analyst in performing the budget oversight and execution work assigned to the team. Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: Communicates the strategic mission and vision of the office to the team members and integrate them into the day-to-day operations. Advises management and appropriate personnel on the technical aspects essential in the development of budget estimates. Negotiates with operating officials to secure agreement on fund reductions as required. Reviews regulatory guidance and in consideration of increase and/or decrease in funds, executes reprogramming from time to time throughout the year.
