As a Bid Lead, you will report to the Manager of Bids & Strategy and manage a dedicated team focused on producing high-quality, compliant proposals. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to foster collaboration among various stakeholders, ensuring that proposals align with business objectives and are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a multi-disciplinary bid team to craft compliant proposals
• Facilitate kickoff meetings and progress status updates
• Review and guide proposal content, including cover letters
• Maintain accurate CRM database for proposals
• Conduct risk workshops with the risk management team
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in proposal management
