Job Summary

The Lead Analyst for Digital Human Capital Management is responsible for supporting the configuration, implementation, and enhancement of Oracle HCM modules primarily focusing on Performance Management . The role ensures timely and accurate delivery of system updates, assists with project rollouts, and provides operational support to meet service level objectives.
