Position Summary:

The Lead Analyst will be responsible for the development and ownership of high-quality, unconstrained demand plans across the EMEA region, with primary responsibility for EEMEA markets, while also providing backup support for EU demand planning. This role acts as the key interface between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, ensuring alignment between business strategy and the demand plan. It plays a critical role in driving forecast accuracy, supporting product launches and lifecycle management, and leading the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, including Executive Demand Reviews (EDR).
