Job Description
As an Lead AI Software Developer, you will drive the evolution of AI at RBC, transitioning from static models to Autonomous Agentic Workflows. You will orchestrate systems where AI agents collaborate to solve complex financial problems, utilizing LangGraph, Claude Agent Skills, and MCP. This role requires a high-level blend of full-stack engineering (React/FastAPI), Kubernetes deployment, and advanced model training (Fine-tuning/RL).
