Objective
L&D Specialist will be accountable for the administration, instructional design, operation and coordination from all the laboratories, staff and programs related to Training Center Facility in Garcia.
Role also will provide L&D support for Global Adaptable Manufacturing System team based in Garcia (Tech Center 1 & 2).
Main Responsibilities
LMS / Admin Coordinator: Manages documentation, records, and KPIs.
Operations Coordinator: Manages scheduling and physical resources - Budget management.
Supplies management.
Ensures 5S standards in the center.
Ensures proper support for simulators and training equipment.
Coordination with SMEs and Manufacturing Engineering.
Updates programs, manuals, and curricula.
Instructor agenda management.
Course scheduling and planning.
Competency-based or Kirkpatrick-type evaluation system.
Training center KPIs (e.g., plan compliance %, NPS, ROI, scrap/rework impact, etc.).
