Our client is looking for a skilled Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to help our client’s employees advance their skills and knowledge in a manufacturing environment. The goal will be to strengthen their operations by training, upskilling, and developing our people from the plant floor to leadership levels.
We expect the person to be passionate about helping people learn and grow, to have excellent communication skills, and to connect with a diverse workforce. Candidates should have experience designing learning courses, developing practical skills programs for operational roles, and managing L&D budgets effectively.
