            Plan and coordinate LCLshipments by consolidating cargo from multiple customers 
Optimize container spaceutilization while ensuring cargo compatibility and safety 
Work with co-loaders,warehouses, and internal teams to build efficient consolidation plans 
Booking & Coordination 
Arrange bookings with carriersor co-loaders for LCL shipments 
Confirm sailing schedules,routing, and cut-off times 
Identify and proposealternative schedules when required to meet customer deadlines 
Documentation & System Updates 
Create and maintain shipmentfiles in the in-house system 
Prepare and verify shippingdocuments including House Bills of Lading (HBL) and manifests 
Ensure accuracy and timelinessof all documentation 
Warehouse & Cargo Handling Coordination 
Coordinate cargo receiving atwarehouse/CFS (Container Freight Station)
