Roles and Responsibilities 1. Youth Ministry (70–80% of time) Lead, oversee and shepherd Charis Xciting Saints (XS 17‑22 years old) and JXS 13‑16 years old.
1.1 XS Youth Ministry - Provide leadership, vision and direction for the XS youth ministry, its people, and programmes.
- Provide pastoral care and discipleship for youths, including pre‑believers and new believers.
- Oversee the direction and function of the XS core team.
- Disciple and train leaders, mentoring and empowering them to serve with calling and giftings.
- Oversee XS youth programmes such as small groups, combined sessions, Youth Camps and other youth events.
- Work with adult volunteers and parents in youth ministry efforts.
- Facilitate the transition of youth from XS to the Young Adults Ministry.
1.2 JXS Youth Ministry - Partner with JXS leaders to shape the vision and direction of the ministry.
