Education : Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor in Law from an accredited Mexican law school
Bar Admission : Active membership in the Mexican Bar Association (Barra Mexicana, Colegio de Abogados) or equivalent professional legal organization is required.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of proven experience practicing tax law in Mexico, with a substantial focus on both direct and indirect taxation
