            Job Summary 
Key Responsibilities 

Support end-to-end processing of payroll cycles, including data validation, payroll inputs, and reconciliations. 

Perform data analysis and reporting to support payroll accuracy, trend identification, and compliance. 

Use Excel to manage large datasets, perform calculations, create pivot tables, and generate reports. 

Work closely with the payroll vendor, HR, finance, and compliance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure service-level agreements are met. 

Assist in the implementation of process improvements and standard operating procedures. 

Support audits by providing payroll data, documentation, and responding to inquiries. 

Ensure compliance with local labor and tax regulations, as well as internal policies. 

Respond to employee queries related to payroll in a timely and professional manner.
