Role: Laser Programmer

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £30,000-£40,000 (DOE)

We're supporting a well‑established engineering and manufacturing business in Sheffield who are looking to bring in a Laser Programmer to join their growing team.

The Role

Creating and optimising laser cutting programs
Using programming software to prepare accurate cutting files
Nesting components to maximise material efficiency
Working closely with production teams to ensure smooth workflow
Troubleshooting programming or machine issues when required

What You'll Need

Experience as a Laser Programmer or similar role
Strong CAD/CAM skills.
Understanding of sheet metal fabrication
Good attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
