Project Overview

Instruction will be delivered at ILR Level 3 Higher Intermediate to Advanced and will incorporate discussions and activities related to military policy and strategic contexts. Please note that instructors are not expected to develop curriculum or course materials. Should the project be awarded, all curriculum, lesson plans, instructional materials and learning objectives will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging student‑centred online language training sessions.
• Facilitate discussions related to military policy, strategic topics, culture and current affairs within the target language.
• Encourage learner participation through discussion, reflection activities and structured speaking tasks.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet learner needs while following the provided curriculum and lesson plans.
• Monitor learner progress and provide feedback as required.
