Experience Required

• 6–8 years in landscape maintenance, nursery operations, or horticultural supervision

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily plant care, irrigation, fertilization, pruning, pest control, and nursery upkeep
• Ensure soft landscape maintenance activities meet approved standards
• Allocate tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure efficient manpower utilization
• Ensure plant health, landscape aesthetics, and compliance with specificationsLiaise with engineers, clients, suppliers, and internal departments
• Enforce safety protocols and track team performance
• Submit daily/weekly reports on nursery inventory, site progress, and maintenance activities
