This role is responsible for managing production, scheduling, labor efficiency, and job profitability, while ensuring high-quality execution across multiple active projects.

This is a field-driven leadership role for someone who understands how to manage crews, control job costs, and deliver projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in construction operations and thrives in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
