The Land Use Planner will support spatial planning and site development for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, ensuring the optimal integration of waste management infrastructure within urban and regional development frameworks while aligning with regulatory, environmental, and community considerations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land use and spatial analysis for PPP project sites, including site identification and suitability assessments
• Ensure alignment with zoning regulations, master plans, and national/local development plans
