Responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing land development
Site improvement works, including roads, drainage, utilities, and earthworks.
Ensures that land development projects are executed in accordance with approved plans, technical standards, budgets, timelines, and applicable government regulations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
With at least 3 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate development
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost management
Proficient in MS Excel and relevant estimating or QS software
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
