Job Summary

Under the direction of the Director, TRiO Lake–Mendocino Programs and/or the Regional Project Director and Assistant Director, the Lake & Mendocino County TRiO Programs Administrative Coordinator provides a variety of administrative, fiscal, and compliance support for assigned TRiO programs to ensure efficient, student-centered regional operations. The incumbent processes and reconciles budgets, purchases, and travel; maintains participant data in the student database system; prepares reports for audits and Annual Performance Reports (APRs); and ensures operations comply with federal TRiO regulations and CSU/SSU Sponsored Programs policies.
