This full-time position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources and emphasizes interpretation of collective bargaining agreements and employee engagement strategies. You will manage grievances, guide disciplinary actions, and contribute to collective bargaining negotiations, all within a hybrid work model that offers flexibility.
