Summary The Laborer position is located in the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration at the VA San Diego Healthcare System in the Environmental Management Service (EMS). This position is located in the Grounds and Waste Management. The purpose of this position is to perform grounds maintenance to the landscaped areas and overall campus at the VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS). Responsibilities Duties to include but not limited to: Digging trenches, and/or ditches; mowing lawns; picking up of litter and trash, raking, sweeping, pruning and trimming trees and scrubs, and other manual labor tasks involving grounds maintenance or clean-up operations.
