The Laboratory Technologist is part of the Product Development (R&D) team and also supports Technical Service, working on both new product development and active customer projects out of the Burlington lab. This is an on-site position.
Day to day, the work is a mix of formulating experimental emulsions, running analyses and application testing on a range of instruments such as TGA, DSC, particle sizing, optical microscopy, surface tension and writing up findings that feed back to internal teams or customers. Some projects are weeks long; others need a turnaround in days. It's a hands‑on bench role with room to specialize over time. Salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000 based on qualifications and experience.
