Role Overview
The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for leading and strengthening employee relations strategies, governance, compliance, and workplace practices that promote a fair, compliant, collaborative, and high-performing work environment. The role partners closely with business leaders, HR teams, employees, and government regulatory bodies to proactively manage employee relations matters, labor relations programs, policy governance, workplace investigations, and compliance initiatives while ensuring alignment with labor laws, company policies, and organizational objectives.
The role will also support organizational readiness and compliance during DOLE audits, inspections, NLRC and SENA-related matters, and other labor-related regulatory reviews, including the development of employee relations analytics, governance reports, and workforce insights to support strategic decision-making.
