Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level or Senior Associate Attorney to join their Labor and Employment Class Action Group in Texas. This hybrid position is available in the Austin, Dallas, or Houston offices.
Candidate Profile:
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

Bar Admission in Texas.

4–6 years of substantive experience in employment or class action litigation, with a desire for trial work.

Experience defending employment discrimination, EEOC/DOL, wage and hour claims, including class action lawsuits.
