The Lab Technician plays a critical role in supporting Shawflex’s Product Development and Technology teams by ensuring materials and products meet required quality, performance, and compliance standards. This role contributes directly to the successful development and validation of innovative polymer‑based products through accurate laboratory testing, disciplined documentation, and strong collaboration with engineers and technologists.
