Job Description
The Lab Technician will engage in daily lab tasks to support the development of new paint formulas. This includes preparing panels, monitoring dry times, conducting adhesion tests, and documenting results. The role involves working 50% in the lab, 30% in documentation, and 20% in communication with external labs and team members.
Responsibilities

+ Conduct laboratory testing including viscosity, lap shear adhesion, and tensile strength, with a focus on adhesives, sealants, and coatings.

+ Prepare, conduct, and report on product testing and development.

+ Maintain detailed and organized documentation of work performed.

+ Practice safe work habits and comply with all Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and regulations.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.
