            Job Description Perform routine in-house laboratory testing according to SOP. 
Conduct testing for raw materials, in-process samples and finished goods. 
Record and update test results accurately. 
Report any failed or abnormal test results to QC Executive / Supervisor. 
Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the QC laboratory. 
Ensure lab equipment is properly used, cleaned and maintained. 
Assist in sample collection and retention. 
Support food safety, GMP and quality requirements. 
Any other duties assigned by the Manager/ Supervisor. 
Requirements Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field preferred. 
Min. 2 year of experience in QC within the food manufacturing & food processing. 
Proactive & detailed at work. 
Responsible & committed during work activities. 
Able to multi-task and work as a team.
