Lab Operations & Materials Specialist (f/m/d)

We are expanding our production capacity for vaccines at our Swiss site near Bern and are looking for a dedicated professional to support Laboratory Operations and Materials Management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain laboratory organization, hygiene, and sterilization processes, including glassware cleaning and autoclaving.
• Manage laboratory waste streams and coordinate laboratory garment services (collection, exchange, and distribution of clean lab coats).
• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation, archiving, and structured filing systems.
• Oversee inventory management, Kanban processes, demand-based ordering, and material registration in LIMS.
• Manage storage, labeling, and system-based removal of released, consumed or expired materials.
