The Lab Manager has the responsibility of overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all testing and results. This role ensures that all lab procedures meet regulatory and company standards, fosters continuous improvement, and leads a team of lab technicians to perform a wide range of tests.
