Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Manager for our T_issue Culture Laboratory at the Research and Development facility at Arica, Chile.

• Supervise, coordinate and manage all laboratory operations, including ear cleaning and disinfection, tissue culture and culture media preparation. Coordinate lab equipment maintenance, certification and calibration.
• Plan the appropriate amount of resources needed (supplies, equipment, workers), to achieve a controlled, stable and balanced process. Interact with the TIPD planning lead, to support your planning. Be responsible for budget execution according to expectations.
• Be responsible for collecting accurate and on-time production data. Analyze and evaluate data, summarize results and generate reports using the most appropriate methods.
